  • Stage 1 – Technical Assessment
    We start with an in-home visit to evaluate your space, identify challenges, take measurements and photos for planning.

    Stage 2 – Development of Individual Plan
    I select the best solutions tailored specifically for you (storage zones, categories, practical placement methods)

    Stage 3 – Organizing Session 1: Decluttering & Sorting
    We work together to go through your items, decide what stays, and sort everything into clear, logical categories.

    Stage 4 – (If needed) Organizing Materials & Carpenter
    If extra materials or minor furniture adjustments are needed, I help you source them and arrange carpenter.

    Stage 5 – Organizing Session 2: Placement, Labeling & Final Review
    I finalize the system for you and explain it to you.

    Stage 6 – Support & Follow-Up
    You receive Project Summary and Personalized Recommendations to maintain order (for you and your helpers).

  • Technical Assessment
    ⏳ 1–2 hours | 500 AED (Includes the Individual Plan)

    Organizing Service:

    • Closet – 2,000 AED (8 hrs)

    • Kitchen – 2,000 AED (8 hrs)

    • Pantry / Storage – 2,500 AED (10 hrs)

    • Bathroom – 750 AED (3 hrs)

    📌 Prices are based on standard-sized areas with a moderate volume of items.
    If the process takes longer (due to large volume of items, frequent interruptions, or slow decision-making), an additional hourly fee of 250 AED/hour applies.


    Organizing materials are NOT included in the price.

SMART STORAGE PLANNING

I help you plan the inner layout of storage furniture — like closets, kitchens, and utility rooms before it's built - so that it fits your actual belongings, supports your routines.

Perfect For You If:

  • You’re renovating or ordering new furniture, but don’t know how to plan storage properly

  • You already have a design of new closet or kitchen, but you aren’t sure if it will be comfortable to use

  • Things don’t fit, and space is used inefficiently

  • Stage 1 – Technical Assessment
    We start with an in-home visit to understand your storage needs and lifestyle, assess your belongings, measure the planned space.

    Stage 2 – Development of Individual Plan
    I create technical drawings of internal layout for wardrobes, kitchens, or other storage spaces and develop a placement plan for your belongings.

    Stage 3 – Plan Review and Approval
    We review the proposed layouts together and adjust them if needed — ensuring they match both your functional needs and aesthetic preferences.

    Stage 4 – Ordering the Furniture
    Once approved, you pass the final plan to your furniture supplier to begin production (or I provide 2 trusted vendor quotes for you to choose from)

    Stage 5 – (Optional) Installation Supervision
    If needed, I support you during furniture installation to ensure everything aligns with the approved plan.

    Stage 6 – Support & Follow-Up
    After the installation, you can:

    a) Place everything by yourself using the placement plan.
    b) Book a Home Organizing Session with me to set up the system

    After two weeks from installation, I follow up to check how the new Storage is working for you.

  • Technical Assessment 

     ⏳ 1–2 hours | 500 AED (Individual Plan is sent only once the Planning service is ordered)

    Storage Planning 

    ⏳ up to 1 week | 500 AED per linear meter (includes initial plan + 2 minor revisions)

    • Minimum project fee – 1500 AED

    • Additional changes beyond scope – 250 AED/hour

    We start with an in-home visit to discuss your goals, identify a space where Wellness Zone will fit best, and take measurements

    Stage 2 – Planning & Review

    I create a personalized plan with layout ideas and a mood board. You confirm the final version and budget

    Stage 3 – Shopping List
    I prepare a selection of furniture, decor, scents, textiles — everything to create the desired space and atmosphere

    Stage 4 – Purchasing
    You can order everything using the links I provide (or I can do it for an extra fee)

    Stage 5 – Final Styling & Setup
    I arrange and decorate your personal wellness zone

    Stage 6 – Follow-up Support
    I stay in touch for 2 weeks to help you adjust the space as you start using it
