Then Wellness Makeover is looking for you! We are hiring Onsite Organizers to perform projects on an as-needed, per job basis.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working within a clear organizing method and professional standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work collaboratively with other organizers on client projects

  • Execute home organizing tasks on-site in alignment with the project plan and Wellness Makeover’s method and standards

  • Take responsibility for assigned zones and complete them independently

  • Communicate progress, questions, or issues clearly during the project

  • Coordinate smoothly with other organizers to keep the workflow efficient

  • Support project execution, including preparation and sourcing of organizing materials as instructed

What We Expect:

  • strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay focused until tasks are completed

  • physical fitness to lift objects, move quickly, be comfortable with standing for long periods of time

  • ability to work independently within clear guidelines

  • openness to feedback and continuous improvement

  • calm, respectful communication with clients

Prior professional organizing experience is not required, but strong interest, discipline, and ability to follow standards is essential.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to client homes across Dubai (and Abu Dhabi on request)

  • Valid UAE visa

*Note: Project planning, client communication, and execution oversight are managed by the Project Manager.
On-site work is collaborative between organizers, working together to deliver the agreed plan.
